I’d recommend Personal Velo to anyone looking for high quality, well-​put together vintage bikes. I got mine from Sven-​Oliver and have been VERY impressed ever since.
Not only does he carefully collect the appropriate parts for each frame, considering style, color and brand but he’ll spend the time to adjust it to your needs and offers a warranty — not to mention a receipt, which in Berlin means this: your bike isn’t the fruit of a theft.
I bought my bike, then my fiancée bought hers, and they’re by far the best bikes we’ve ever had.
