It’s an Italian restaurant, which has it’s unique design and style. Firstly, it’s ordering system a bit interesting, you’re taking a card when you first entered the restaurant, then you order and take your meal by yourself and everything is being loaded to that card. When you’re leavind the restaurant, you’re paying what you have in that card.
You can order your meals directly to cooks and watch while cooking, with that way you can choose all ingredients by yourself. Than after you take your pastas, pizzas, atmosphere and style is very nice to eat these delicious foods.
Pastas and pizzas are all being cooked in Italian style, you can eat real and delicious Italian food in there. Probably the best pastas in BS are here.

Brunswick, Germany
Very popular pizza and pasta place in the center of BS, right across from the Schloss. You pick up a card when you walk in, order at the various counters, add the tab to your card and then wait for your food to be prepared. Everything is always fresh!
The pizzas are great. My favorite is the Pizza Rucola. It is topped with a generous amount of shaved Parmesan cheese.
I’ve been there at least once a month this year.
