Seville, Spain
Have been going here for years. From the outside it does not look special but inside it is warm and friendly, but quite small. The food is totally fresh and the portions are HUGE (but very cheap). Wine is under 10EUR a bottle. Standards such as bifteki are excellent and the size of the plate, whilst they even do trout and prawns well. Olives to start can tke you all night to get through!
In summer there is outdoor seating. Just a really pleasant local restaurant.
