Nice clothing and the staff are nice when you purchase something (thank you to the first associate!). However, I tried to return a dress the same day (a few hours later!) after getting a second opinion on it and another sales person said (in the RUDEST tone I’ve ever heard) that it was not possible and that her banking system wouldn’t allow such a transaction.
Since I am not from Europe, I ask another shopkeeper when I made my next purchase that day. She had the same credit card system and was shocked when I told her what happened, and added that its more likely that the clothing store didnt *want* to return my money (since they only offered a store credit — which wouldnt have helped since I am only visiting the island).
If there are NO returns permitted, you should know that in advance of making your purchase!!! And above all, you should not be rude to your customers. Very disappointing.
