We were ripped off on our second visit here. Work was done that was not authorized (and the work we requested be done was not) and they refused to release the car until we paid them for work that was unnecessary and not agreed to. And then when we went to another garage, we were told he didn’t even do some work that he had said he’d done! We had to pay for it twice! I wish we’d sued him. Avoid at all costs

This shop caters to Americans — they speak perfect English, are comfortable with typical American vehicles (not just American-​made models), and keep a copy of your VAT form so you don’t have to take a new one every trip! The prices are reasonable and for my Hyundai’s oil change they even advised me to buy the oil on base and bring it along to save money!

I had my Nissan truck repaired here after it failed inspection. Since I have an US spec truck, I had to order the needed parts online after the mechanic told me what to get. I had rear brake work done along with rear axle seals replaced and a couple gaskets for the engine. I took about a week after I dropped off the parts before I got my truck back.
Highly recommended if you’ve got an US spec vehicle and you need repair work done. I was actually referred to this shop by the guys at the Sindelfingen ATO who said «hells no» to working on my truck — US spec and all.
