Nestled near the Banks and Post Office on Patch Barracks, is an adorable coffee café that resembles Starbucks in many ways. Free wifi, yummy coffee, and delicious baked goods are found here. There’s a decent amount of seating to do some work or lounge around with friends.
What brought me in here was the unique butter beer offered exclusively here. Being an avid Harry Potter fan, I first tasted butter beer in London at the Harry Potter Studio tour. I gotta say their butter beer coffee at Patch Java is spot on! If I had to tweak it, I’d add a hair of rum essence. Still, it’s amazing in its own right.

Always a warm and friendly welcome. Prices are a bit high but worth it for a good coffee and relaxing ambience. The kids enjoy the smoothies during the summer and hot coco during the winter (they will leave extra room for cold milk to cool it down for them).
Fort Lee, VA
They have improved their speed and efficiency quickly since opening last month. The line moves very quickly when two of them are working the counter. =)
