Not a very nice place at all. They treated me like I’m stupid, told me «you get what you pay for» when I took back my $ 180 RJAY boots because the Velcro came off in 2 days of riding… they told me (because there was a spec of dirt from a raining day of riding) that I must have fallen off and told me I own a dirt bike (I don’t ride a dirt bike… to work?).
I highly do not recommend this store and would prefer to go into the city to buy my gear. They’re jerks. Worst customer service experience ever.
