Result Based Training Balcatta

I did RBT’s 28 day challenge in September and fell in love with the place! This is not just another gym, it’s a lifestyle and a family. RBT is strength training and conditioning. The are no treadmills or apparatus of that nature, just weight cells, lots and lots of weight cells.
Full support is provided by Ryan (owner) and the other coaches. From nutrition to changing old habits, technique to personal best achievement. Coaches are contactable at anytime to answer questions and help with any problems that may arise.
Anybody of any fitness level can join and achieve their fitness goals.
RBT provides set sessions Monday-​Thursday (arms, legs, conditioning & full-​body) make up sessions on Friday, boot camp & yoga on Saturdays and a DJ Sunday Session.
I become leaner and stronger every week and look forward to going to the gym everyday.

I am currently signed up to the 12 Days of Christmas introductory offer at Result Based Training — 2 weeks of training for — $ 49 bargain! Their monthly cost is usually around $ 80.
A friend has been there for a few months and her body is something to aspire to. In need of being able to at least fit back into my clothes I needed to commit to something I was made accountable for and something that included diet. So I am two days in to their eating and training plan and I have done two PT sessions
All PT session are 45 minutes. Their Saturday bootcamp style session is 45 sec seconds of one exercise, and abut 20 exercises, non-​stop apart apart from 3 short breaks. This was challenging and great for both strengthening and cardio. The rest of the sessions during the week seem to focus on either upper or lower body and are 3 parts, 10 minutes each, which include 2 exercises per 10 minute session, plus some stretching and ab work.
The guys are really nice. Steve in particular has a really nice way about him. I can’t stand trainers who shout at you, especially when you start. There is a play-​pen for small children. I’ll let you know how I go after the 12 days.
