Never ever come to this restaurant! U will be «amazed» by how poor the service and food is. The waiting time is ridiculously long and the staff choose to ignore ur request. What’s more, they even serve expired ketchup to me and my girlfriend. Besides, the mgmt is totally a mess there! U will be standing there like an idiot with no one attending your bill payment!

Went inside and was barely acknowledged, had to specifically ask for an extra menu, despite pointing out that my partner was coming. Customer service could definitely improve.

Probably the worst breakfast i’ve had in sydney. I’ve been here a few times to make sure the chef wasn’t having a bad day — but I was wrong. First off, the eggs on toast came along and i was confronted with a piece of burnt toast the size of my palm. The waiters gave me sass when I asked for a new one. Second off I ordered some haloumi fajitas and the salmon with plantain chips. Both were extremely bland and flavourless. The tortilla that accompanied the fajitas was cut in to tiny triangle pieces, the people who work here obviously don’t know what a fajita is. There was no real way to fold up your ingredients and eat them real tortilla style, it was a mess. The salmon and salsa was alright but the plantain chips were bland and really off/stale tasting. I lastly came here because I had a voucher and nothing else was open. I asked for hard poached eggs and avocado with toast. The toast was soggy, I honestly don’t know what they did to it but It was inedible. My eggs upon poking them with my fork spewed out a runny yolk so they obviously hadn’t got the memo about the hard eggs thing. Not like they were busy either I was practically the only person in the restaurant, not surprising due to the food they serve. Coffee here is super average, not up to standard. One star due to their cool sofas and décor

Avoid this place for Mardi Gras!!! Complete rip off. Small portions, horrible food, and ridiculous prices.

Sydney does Cubano– The mojitos were tasty, but as skimpy on the rum as the ones I had in Cuba for $ 2 back in 2000. Many of the typical Cuban dishes were not on the menu, instead there were Hamburgers, and a variety of sandwiches, including a respectable MediaNoche sandwich. I think they would be better served with a more Cuban food focus, but what do I know. The place is in a not quite fully developed and occupied center called Central Park in the downstairs food court. The place was comfortable and the manager was friendly. They have a $ 7 Mojito on special(the one with a thimble full of rum) which is otherwise unheard of in Sydney, the land of the $ 18 cocktail.

I’ve been to 4 of these stores now and found this one on the weekend. Like any good place in Sydney parking is a nightmare so catch the train!!! It’s like they’ve taken the best of all the Coco Cubano stores and rolled it into one mega store. The food was lightning fast, the drinks, we were spoilt for choice and they didn’t fail to impress us when they arrived. The difference here to other stores, was the attention to detail, the service was fantastic, the meals and drinks each had that little bit more, will be back on the weekend with the extended family.

Super hungry the day after New Year’s Eve. Found this gem in a kinda ugly over designed mall. The Havana feast was soo good! The beans and eggs were super good! Good coffee also! Super friendly staff that day to. Probably one of the best breakfasts in the area.
