I’ve never had a strata manager before, mainly because I’ve never been a financially responsible adult before. But look who’s wearing their big boy pants now, eh!
It’s a whole new world, this game. There’s extraordinary meetings and AGMs and votes and executive committees, I feel like a FIFA official only way, way less corrupt and nowhere near as greedy. Or corrupt. Did I mention corrupt?
B&D have done a stand-​up job keeping a noob like myself informed, I don’t have any knowledge in this area at all really, and they’ve handled my questions with patience and grace. They also replaced a door that got blown off it’s hinges by the giant storms we had a while back quickly & efficiently, for which I was grateful because it meant I didn’t get wet for longer than I had to.
