Amazing bacon and egg roll including coffee for$ 10. That hit the spot nicely! The place is simple, just a hole in the wall.

Like my hometown coffee place, Pablo’s Vice was my favorite spot everyday. The best latte’s in Sydney!

Food and coffee were excellent, but service was super slow. I still would go back though because food is good and reasonably priced.

I love this little place. They always serve you with a smile and they have wee stools. And tables. And their coffee is good. There’s a few seats inside this hole in the wall too. But they have some lovely muffins and other bits and pieces to eat. And good coffee. I’m always happy when I have good coffee that isn’t burnt.

Tucked just around the corner from Crown Street(close to Oxford Street) is Pablo’s Vice. A great little trendy, red walled café, where it seems anything goes. Seriously, ANYTHING. All walks of life come here, from professionals, hipsters, artsy peeps, dogs, police, local riff raff(minus shoes & sometimes clothing), you name it. It’s all here at Pablo’s…I’m yet to determine if there is one that actually goes by the name of Pablo though. The staff are friendly & chilled and this goes a long way to setting a relaxed vibe to make you feel welcome. It took them no more than 3 days to know my ‘usual’ & these days I walk up and they’re already making it! It’s pretty much a hole in the wall, so there’s limited seating inside and a few tables, seats & stools on the foot path. They serve up a range of great quality coffees, in my opinion probably the best & most consistent in the area. Food wise it’s your usual café grub for breakfast & lunch, so you’ll find eggs, bacon, burgers, pastries, sweets, vego options etc. I myself find it hard these days to find a good quality bacon & egg roll(the kind with plenty of fillings), luckily Pablo’s does not disappoint! We’re talking 2 eggs, a heap of succulent rindless bacon on a fresh damper roll/bun. I usually have a slice of cheese added, a decent squirt of tomato sauce & the bacon a little less crispy so I can overdose on that ‘life-worth-living’ umami flavour!(my only wish is that they bring back the sour dough bun) Come one, come all, you can’t go wrong with Pablo’s Vice.

If you are a creative professional just making the most of your mornings organising your day. Then Pablo’s Vices might offer some inspiration. The menu is fresh and light — gourmets rolls, salads, pasta. The environ is a very casual warehouse feel and it is groovy. You would want to look trendy casual when chilling out here. It’s one of those underground cool cafes. You have to be in the know to suss it out, or you wouldn’t even have imagined it existed. However if you are just breezing through, take away coffees are fine. There is a little bit in the way of sweet offers on the menu, muffins and the like.
