This is my local… so I really don’t have much choice in the matter to be honest. It does what it does and there’s nothing all that special about it. Could be worse though. I try to do my shopping outside of the peak times only because the place gets busy really fast and I’ve never really seen them open more than 4 checkouts(even on a busy weekend).

I think the service here is actually really good. The kids that work here are super friendly and they will talk your left bollock off– if you had one. This is how service should be and you just don’t expect it at a Woolies store which makes it all the more pleasant. I hate shopping, you spend a good part of an hour pushing a crap trolley around a soulless shop with miserable shoppers who haven’t the ability to — or have forgotten how to smile(due to a life off mundane Dianella shopping expeditions). So it is extremely refreshing to make it to the check –out and actually have very bubbly staff chat to you and seem to genuinely care about how your day went. On a negative, I never ever buy my groceries here as they are overpriced and are definitely not fresh. These guys are not the fresh food people, they are the fun people but definitely not fresh food. I also like their sense of humour as you will see in the the photo I have uploaded– it is oozing great humour, I just hope it wasn’t a mistake and this naughty party theme was intended. Aisle 5 is the aisle you want if you are in a wheelchair or have a fat pram.(fat meaning wide — not pimped up with lights and things).
