Évaluation du lieu : 3 Melbourne, Melbourne, Australia
As a recent reviewer said, this place is overpriced but nonetheless ok. I took my mother here for breakfast. It’s essentially a café bistro in the middle of a nursery. The service was warm and brisk, so full marks there. I had the big breakfast which was ok and essentially unremarkable. It’s expensive at over $ 22. My biggest criticism was the bread which made poor toast was soft and doughy and not very pleasant actually. You’d be a pariah in the inner suburbs of Melbourne if you served bread like this there. I found myself pining for whole grain. The rest of the dish was ok with the best bit being some cassoulet beans which were very nice. I found the whole dish under seasoned but the only pepper on the table was the old fashioned variety. My mother ordered avocado smash with some variations which were well managed by the staff. She liked it. The coffee was below strength, ie rather on the weak side. It’s a noisy little space here too. As I say, it was just OK. I’m not planning to rush back unless mum insists. On it for our next outing

This is my favourite spot for breakfast. If you haven’t tried it, you need to! Located in Warrandyte(a bit out of the way but well worth it) the tables are mosaics and the view is of the beautiful nursery. The food is delicious, I always order an egg dish and scones for dessert. They can cater for larger groups or just you. Perfect for a relaxing breakfast.
