Dench Meat and Chicken

The best butcher in the area. Really good value lambs liver which is my favorite meal with bacon and mash.

According to my good old Mum this butchers is the bees knees of all butchers. Yep, she swears by it, and you can’t disagree with a Mum. (They are ALWAYS right.)
Anyway, back to the butchers. They obviously sell meat and chicken — yes I’m having a day with Captain Obvious. Deal with it.
The shop itself is large and curves around a corner with plenty of counter space. It is always busy as unfortunately I think a few hundred people also share my Mums opinion… either that or she has told a LOT of people.
As well as daily bargains and specials they have special packs that are awesome value. I remember that Mum always tends to go for the $ 35 pack, which is the cheapest. (They range up to $ 195 and staff can customise packs for your needs) The $ 35 pack includes:
— 1 kg Lamb Chops
— 1 kg Topside Mince
— 1 kg Chicken Fillets
— 1 kg Meat-​Loaf
— 12 Rissoles.
It is damn good value and the meat is really high quality. It always cooks well and it is fresh. Added to this are a heap of staff who are quick servers and very friendly and you have a winner. It even won the Mum stamp of approval… priceless!
