The Nandos flavour is a favourite of mine. I like chilli food, however, only my taste-buds enjoy its affects on my body, so I’m usually confined to the the lemon and herb or mild peri-peri range. The food at Nandos feels much cleaner than most places. Compare their food to say Hungry Jacks, and you can walk out afterwards feeling as though your life expectancy hasn’t been reduced by eating there. A personal favourite is the Breast burgers and wraps, and I love how Nandos gives you different side options too… the corn for is my go to(I generally steer away from chips, but I do love them!) My annoyance with Nandos is definitely the ‘bang for buck’ factor. It’s as though Nandos is appealing almost to a hipster crowd, where the guys don’t play sport nor are they particularly active and must get by on their ability to have small meal portions. Also, it’s expensive, the other day I bought a double breast burger meal. It’s $ 22 and afterwards, I’m still hungry. Annoying.

How do you like your chilles? Lemon and Herb, Mild, Hot or XX Hot? Great for quick lunches or even dinner. The chicken wrap was filling, comes with a serving of french fries and drink when you order a meal set. They do pita and burgers here too. I’m not a fan of eating a whole bird, but they do various sizes of ¼ or ½ Chicken. For those who’s wanting sides, there’s Coleslaw, Seriously Large Chips, Spicy Rice, Corn, Salad, Bread Rolls and even Choc Mousse for the kids to enjoy. Eat up, take a walk to the pier and hit the stunning blue ocean my friends!
