Under the suggestion from a friend, I took my wife’s laptop to the Keperra Computer Center for a repair. The staff were friendly. Even with my weak attempts to paraphrase my wife’s description of the laptop’s final moments before the blue screen of death appeared and the little black computer failed to turn back on. The staff member I was with told me to leave it with them and have a walk around the shopping centre and come back in half an hour. Upon my return he had figured out the problem and the solution. The solution was that the computer was in dire need of some new parts and a memory clean up. Instead of pushing the high end products, the employee pushed me towards the more affordable end. With purchases made and another thirty minutes until it was read I was pretty satisfied with the overall service and experience. Not to mention the service of the computer was free too.
