After a poor «customer service» experience at another nearby store, my partner and I visited Light Spot to see if they had what we wanted.
Imagine our pleasure to be welcomed with a smile within seconds of stepping in the door. And before we’d indicated how much we were willing to spend, if any.
Thanks to the very helpful staff, we found what we wanted and Light Spot scored a sale, a couple of fans and a recommendation to our friends.
The assistant even took the time to answer all our questions and to make sure the product we liked would suit our home aesthetically and whether it could physically attach where we wanted. Helpful.
Did I mention they have a decent range of lights, tastefully arranged in various rooms instead of being jammed warehouse style. Certainly makes it easier to see what’s what and to picture how an item would «go» in your home.
