Red salmon is a global fusion cusine so their menu provides a huge variety of cuisines. After being so indecisive of what meal to choose, I went with the prawn risotto which was absolutely gorgeous — Very moist and flavourful. I absolutely loved it! My boyfriend had one of their most raved dishes — Lamb shanks, which was the complete opposite dining experience to mine. The Lamb shank was dry, lacked flavour and the vegetables were hard and barely warm. All in all, I definitely recommend their prawn risotto and Red Salmon is worth trying out. Great service and atmosphere.

Look, this place is a bit of a mixed bag. Yeah, the menu looks okay, the staff generally do an okay job, but even by the fairly low standards of the surrounding eateries, this place is pretty average. Claiming to be a «fusion» of cuisines runs the risk of being a mediocre mix of styles, and I feel that that is what is happening here. I really didn’t enjoy my experience, and neither did my wife. The service was acceptable, but the food was pretty ordinary. I don’t think I could be persuaded to go back there. But that’s a harsh call, having been there only once. By all means try it and correct me. I hope that my experience isn’t indicative of their normal standards.
