Local people in the know pile in here at lunchtime. This is old school charcoal chicken. They say the coals have been burning since 1954. I have been honing my order for some time, its a hot chicken roll with cheese lettuce bbq sauce garlic sauce and pepper without salt. The secret ingredient though is that smoky flavour and generous serving of fresh low fat chicken breast that most electric roasted chickens just dont get right these days.
