I will not recommend this website company to anyone. We’ve dealt with them to create two websites and the finishing look weren’t what we expected to be. The main salesman for Titan was really promising, but the good service stopped there. They didn’t get back to us to rectify some spelling errors and the website was left in a half done state. Two companies website took them more than 1.5 years to finish (can’t say that it’s finish now). They have assigned various people for us too, from memory and record that I have in file we were assigned to 4 different account managers.
They have avoided my phone calls that asked to talk to their GM (General Manager) and most of the times didn’t reply to my email promptly.
