This store is what dreams are made of! One of the best smelling shops ever as they always spray beautiful air freshners and have scented candles.
I love the pale pastel ice-​cream colours of the entire store it really is very pleasant and dreamy. The staff are always decked out in pj’s and are really helpful.
They change their sleepwear collections regularly I really liked the recent Harry Potter collection and at the moment they have an adorable ‘I love Paris’ collection. I like how they have so many onesies and their legwarmers. They even have themed cute footwear and eye-​masks to match. A little on the expensive side so it is great when they have a sale on! A great place to purchase presents as everyone seems to love this brand.

I’ve visited most of them through out Perth so it’s not a specific one I love, I just love Peter Alexander!
I’m a sucker for cute pj’s, I’d probably spend more money on my sleep wear than an out fit for a night out.
I love the adorable gift boxes they come in, I’ve actually got quite the collection at home (this is making me realize I need to start de-​cluttering!)
The stores always smell so lovely from the candles they sell and they also have a number of tables with great gift ideas, perfect for Birthday’s or CHRISTMAS WOOO!

I just love the jimjams they have here. You will feel pretty special slipping into one of PA numbers.
Each Christmas I buy my relatives a PA item for their present, they all look forward to seeing what bizarre little night wear they will get each year. I also have to include their shopping bags as they love them so much.
The actual store is also always a pleasure to shop in, the Perth store is decked out in the calling colours of PA– black and pink. As you walk through the door you are welcomed by the most amazing chandelier, it is extremely impressive it is something you would expect to see in Princes bedroom.
This place is pretty pricey, but sometimes you just see that item that is worth it and it makes you feel so content when you slip into your jimjams to watch a movie you have been waiting all month to watch. I just think sleeping in these are a waste! you need to be cognitively awake to appreciate just how good these feel on.

Considering most of us spend nearly a third of our life sleeping why not do it in comfort and style? Peter Alexander had the brilliant idea of combing those elements and has revolutionised (in my eyes at least) the way women (and maybe men) dress for bed time, it makes sense really if you take care of yourself and enjoy looking good during the day wouldn’t you want the same when you sleep?
The great thing about PA is that there are different styles suited for every type of woman; some a little sexy, some a little cute and some versatile enough you can wear them during the day. The other thing he’s really got right is the merchandising of his stores they are sleep and dream haven; with sweet vanilla smells from burning candles, all the beautiful pastel colours from his clothes, the vintage looking cabinets and chandeliers this is what I would want my sleeping room (yes my sleeping room) to look and feel like. Shopping here makes you feel a little posh, knowing that you go to sleep wearing the very best in sleepwear and the prices also add to this feeling nevertheless I love it!

Somehow someway, a balding, middle aged man has made a living out of convincing women to put an effort into what they wear to bed. No longer is it acceptable to hit the hay in a pair of old trackies and a ripped wife beater. And to be quite honest with you, I’m happy with this arrangement. I know it sounds a little bit frivolous and indulgent, but Peter Alexander makes seriously cute pajamas. I shop here without fail every season, and not just because I like to go to bed feeling like royalty. Peter Alexander stocks a really accurate range of sizes. I seriously struggle to fit into an XS in most places, but I’ve always found PA’s items to sit perfect. And goshdarnit, I look adorable if I can say so myself!
Prices are quite expensive with a two piece set costing around $ 90, and seeing as hardly anyone will actually see you rocking your flannelette onesy it seems a bit extravagant. But I like to substantiate my spending by believing that if I go to bed looking good, I’ll feel even better and get a decent night’s sleep. Works every time.

This is one of my favourite shops! To me none of the Peter Alexander stores live up to the City store. The doors are amazing, its like walking into a sleepy wonderland. I love sleeping, I know it sounds odd but somedays I just can’t wait to get into bed, snuggle up all comfy and just let you mind go blank. What could possible make bed and sleeping any better? Peter Alexander, its like they know what you want, amazing, cute designs that are comfy as well! That is my kind of thing.
The city store always looks amazing, I feel like I am in wonderland, the lights the colours the staff, everything is perfect and everything seems magical. Even if I have no intention of buying anything I head in just to feel that special feeling. It honestly makes me happy. I seem to find something every time I go in, which is bad as it isn’t cheap. In fact thats the one down fall it is pretty pricey, especially for a struggling student. But it is worth it and it doesn’t stop me from giving it a 5 star rating!
