I love the cute and quirky stores along Greville Street, there’s always something new and interesting to duck your head in to.
Lunar Store is definitely one of them, a gift and homewares store filled with lots of interesting bits and pieces including jewellery and wallets.
They have a unique collection of ceramics here (ones I haven’t spotted elsewhere), along with some of the usual suspect gifts like happy socks and resin jewellery.
Worth a look for gift shopping or impulse purchases of pretty things.

On holiday in Melbourne, I stumbled across Lunar Store entirely on purpose. I was on the hunt for a nancybird wallet, and their website listed Lunar Store as a Melbourne stockist. I didn’t end up buying my wallet from there, but I sure did buy a couple of adorable things for my house.
Lunar Store has the most gorgeous collection of homewares, jewellery and fashion. One of THOSE stores, you know? But THOSE stores that we ADORE. If I’d cared a little less about my credit card balance after Christmas, I could have absolutely gone to town in Lunar Store. It helped that the lovely lady behind the register was super friendly and chatty.
What a wonderful little world. Just be careful of the floor to ceiling mirror at the back of the shop, it makes the space look twice as big (perfect) but you may almost walk into yourself attempting to keep going down «the hallway» (awkward).
