I rang and spoke to one of the technicians. He understood the issue with a home data hub and said he would get someone to call me back to book an appointment. I never got a call back from them. They guarantee they turn up on time, which is a joke as they don’t even book an appointment. I tried to locate them and they Regency Park business is part of a franchise group. There is no registered business name with ASIC. I could not even trace their licence number. Do business at your own risk.
