I am officially hooked!!! I purchased a 3 x class ‘intro pack’ as this gave me the opportunity to try out a couple of instructors and different class times during the week. The LAGREE workout is just what I was looking for! As working full time and being a bit time sensitive I know that in the 45 minute class I am getting a full body workout and guaranteed results! The studio has 8 x Megaformers, I love that this size class gives you the attention required to ensure you have correct technique. I recommend buying a pair of grip socks to wear on the Megaformer and LaFitness stock a great range of very funky designs. The workouts can be challenging but easier options were given to me in the first few classes by the instructor until I gain my upper body strength. I feel as though every muscle is getting a workout and it gets my heart rate up which I love! All classes are booked through a secure online booking system which is really easy to use once you have set up an account. Different package deals are available either purchasing a number of classes e.g. 5, 10 or 20 classes or monthly deals with the option of 1,2 or 3 classes per week. The instructors are friendly and make me feel really welcome. I’m looking forward to my future classes to tone, improve my posture, lose weight and strengthen my body all of which a LAGREE workout can achieve.

PIlates on crack! I was lucky enough to be given a free pass to a LaFit class as my friend was helping out with their marketing. Lagree is a style of workout using special equipment to tighten, tone and shape the body quickly. The two owners of LaFit fell in love with Lagree classes in Brisbane and have now brought their passion to Perth, being the only licensed Lagree business in WA. This 45 minute workout can burn up to 800 calories and is definitely for those who either already have some strength from other fitness activities, or have a background in yoga or pilates. The classes have a maximum of 8 people, and each person has their own megaformer(similar to a Pilates reformer). The megaformer has 3 platforms, and lots of pulley systems, so you could be doing a sitting bicep curl with the pulleys or you could be doing something more advanced like a plank, where you move your legs on one of the platforms while maintaining a plank posture. The instructor Francesca was lovely — she pushed you hard but made sure your technique was right. It is not easy, but my body looked better the next day — gotta love instant results! Prices vary depending on how many classes you buy, like with most fitness packages. If you buy in bulk they cost $ 25. I would recommend doing some stretching before the class starts, and don’t workout that day before the class like I did, ooops. This workout is definitely enough for one day!
