Amazing food, nice place well decorated, great service and prices.
A short walk from CBD and accessible by bus.
The variety of raw meat is super delicious.

Lets start with the positives of this place:
I would consider the food one of the best middle eastern restaurants that i have eaten at in a while. The mezzes had a unique and distinctive flavours. It was just a burst of beautiful flavours in the mouth and well balanced. The food had a distinct uniqueness that i have not seen around Sydney. A must go for the food.
Now the negatives:
The service was poor. I had come there for a nice meal with my family but the waitress was literally behind our backs to order, to the extent it just felt like pestering. To the extent that we had not even been half way through our appetizers/​entrees and she had already come to us twice to see if we want to order our mains. This is even after requesting her the 1^st time that we will order after we are done with the entrees. i would understand this situation if the place is busy and full but the place was actually empty.
I would seriously have given this venue a 5 star rating if their service wasn’t horrible. Overall the food is amazing but service is bad.

This place has amazing food! Definitely recommend going here, serving sizes are huge and well priced. Service is attentive and friendly and fit out is modern and open.

Zahli just opened up around the corner from me and I’ve watched with the construction process hoping something worthwhile would open up.
Happy to say, Zahli is a modern middle eastern/​Lebanese spot with modern décor and a very welcoming staff.
There are quite a few Lebanese spots in the area but so this one will keep me coming back for more. I especially love their mixed grill plate. The Falafel is delicious. Looking around at what others are eating here are a lot of attractive dishes that I have yet to try.
Desserts look good but I have yet to try any. Really want to get my hands on their mastic ice cream on my next visit (Pistachio for me but they have other flavors as well).
I’ve been a few times already and would expect this place to start getting busy pretty soon.
