If you’re a small business 50 York Street would be a pretty good address to have in Sydney. When I saw the space I would never have known the company I was doing the interview with didn’t actually have an office there.

It was described to me as ‘a bit like the Qantas lounge’. Which is pretty spot on — WiFi, receptionist and coffee in a relaxed and work friendly environment.
The best bit is you don’t pay the extortionate prices of other serviced offices and there are varied packages according to your requirements. For example a Gold Membership which is one user with 80 hours access to the facilities per month is $ 650/​month and a Virtual Membership which is basically buying a business address and mail collections with 20 hours access allowed per year is $ 225/​month.
