Very bad service, the boss lady was rude and unfriendly .
The dresses are average and are not Handled with care so many are not in good shape

Soooo beautiful dresses! You can find dresses for every occasions from casual party to wedding, for concerts, performances, and disco parties too!
The staff are super friendly and helpful, they will assist you accordingly to your requests and are very patient too! They will also tailor dresses to match your size. I had a dress tailored and they did a fantastic job! They didn’t just cut the dress shorter, but they re-​designed the dress beautifully by adding rhinestones as decorations.
The prices are around 300 – 400 € for long ball gowns, 100 – 200 € for shorter cocktail dresses and of course wedding dresses can be much more expensive. Yes, the prices are a little higher than other dress shops that you can find in Vienna but balina’s dress designs can’t beat! You will be wanting every dresses there!
They also sale elegant, formal shoes, clutches, bags, and kids dresses. Be sure to check in the store when they have sale! You can also shop online although I would recommend you to go to the store to look and try the dress on first before buying. Oh, and a great function on their online shop: if you find a certain dress that you are interested online, you can check the availability in the shops!
All in all, Balina would be my number one place to buy dresses!
