This is probably the best schnitzel we’ve had on our Europe tour yet! Ok, granted, I’ve had it twice and both in Germany but this is very yummy schnitzel. The outside was breaded and fried well and the meat was moist and tender. And it came with two huge pieces! The meal also came with these amazing fried potatoes that are super crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They were seasoned very well, maybe with some malt vinegar. Trust me, this place is delicious! My friends also tried the cordon bleu, which they adored. Both included a little salad before the main entrée that was so-so, so save room for the main dish. However, a word of caution about the caprese salad– there isn’t really the balsamic vinegar that Americans are used to on their caprese. I think they used a balsamic vinaigrette but it is not the same.
