Das
gilt in meinen Augen als die «Casual» Variante des Primi, beides dezidiert italienische Barrestaurants. Hier wird das Konzept des «Social Dining» angewandt. Anderswo nennt man es Einzel– oder Familienpizza, hier kann der Gast eine «soziale Pizza» bestellen und diese eben mit wem auch immer teilen. Und im Gegensatz zum Primi ist hier auch der Preis «sozial (er)».
Das
gibt sich ebenfalls etwas nobel, punktet sehr mit der Bar (ähnlich dem Minante) im Eingangsbereich. Der Barbereich ist allerdings geräumiger als im Minante, was ein großes Plus ist. Die Speisekarte ähnelt anderen italienischen Restaurants und Pizzarien und muss von mir noch ausprobiert werden. Ich war hier bisher bloß, weil es so schön «casual» und «social» war ;-)

I ate here twice while on a business trip. I was looking for decent non-​Viennese food and stumbled on this place behind the history museum. Had two different glasses of wine, caprese and pasta bolonese one night, a buffalo mozzarella pizza the other. Food is good, simple but well prepared. It’s real Italian. Service is spotty, on my second visit the waiter got distracted and I never got my second glass of wine.

Eat positive, be social — schon der Slogan des Restaurants lässt es erahnen — hier kann man eine tolle Zeit mit Freunden verbringen und wirklich gut essen.
Das Spezielle im Pesco sind nicht nur die sorgfältige Auswahl und die hohe Qualität der Speisen, sondern das Ziel, dem Gast ein besonderes Erlebnis zu bieten und das gelingt dort wirklich. (Tipp: kommt mit Freunden)
Zu den Gerichte diese gibt es entweder normal oder für mehrere Personen. Die Portionen sind riesig, das Essen ist hervorragend und die Idee ist wie ich finde einzigartig. Wir wollten noch eine Nachspeise essen, waren aber zu voll dazu.
Das Ambiente ist ein gelungener Spagat zwischen modern und gemütlich, abgerundet wird das Konzept durch aufmerksamen Service der italienischen Kellner. Hier fühlt man sich rundum wohl — wer einmal hier war, wird auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
Preislich finde ich, zu den Größe der Portionen ist es wirklich fair und über eine Reservierung über table4you kann man immer noch 20% sparen. Es lohnt sich.

Sehr cooler Italiener zwischen Mariahilferstrasse und Burggasse und damit eine kleine Oase inmitten von Pizza/​pasta-​technischer Dürre. Das Ambiente ist mit dem hippen violetten Licht schon mal spacey, aber die rustikale Einrichtung bringt das Raumschiff dann sicher auf den Boden der kulinarischen Tatsachen — will heißen der Spagat zwischen modern und gemütlich ist hier wunderbar gelungen.
Die Karte bietet authentische Gerichte und ich muss sagen meine hausgemachten (!) Gnocchi mit Gemüse waren echt spitze. Die Pizza hat gut ausgesehen — am Nachbartisch hatten sie eine «Familienpizza» ganz newyorkisch auf diesen Stelzentellern, damit auch alle hinlangen können.
Abgerundet wird das Konzept durch aufmerksamen Service der italienischen (!) Kellner. Damit gewinnt man auf ganzer Linie.
Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: ganz so günstig ist das hier nicht, aber für ab und zu mal was gönnen, sehr empfehlenswert!

We visited
three times, 2 times for dinner and 1 time for lunch. All in all we would recommend this restaurant. This is a social restaurant meaning they encourage you to share food. All of the dishes can be ordered for 2 persons and then it comes on a large plate and you can share. Our lunch was simply disappointing. I took the parma salad and it was really boring, just a pile of salad topped with parma and cheese, no other veggies (i expected at least some tomatoes or something). My partner took the pasta of the house but the menu did not mentionned it was prepared with a cream and we both don’t like cream. On all other occasions, food was excellent (pizza, parma melone, vongole, etc)

I think because of its location, the prices are over average and unfortunately, the servings aren’t as big as you would like to have them. I ordered pasta with mushrooms (vongole) and the pasta wasn’t all dente. (I know everyone has a different preference for all dente, but it i could still taste the dough.) The dish in general wasn’t that special, so 13 € was definitely not worth it. My friend ordered lasagne and it tasted good (but small serving). The deserts are really delicious and all dishes are well decorated. All in all, I would only recommend this restaurant for drinks and snacks. But the food, however, is overpriced.

Perfetto!, if you wanna have it the Italian way, then you landed on the right place baby!
The tortino al cioccolatobis a must. The irish roast beef is to die for. The pizza is made with fresh mozarella straight from italy and your dinner is served by a cute italian girl or as the wife would say guy!
what more could you ask for???
