The U-​ONE bar at the Arcotel Kaiserwasser is a bit of a let down. Even though it is full of guests and decorated chiquely, the atmosphere is decidely hotel. Service is slow event though they seem to have an over abundance of waiters. After waiting, then asking, and waiting some more, I got up and retrieved the menu myself. The happy hour from 10pm-​12 offering 5,10 cocktails is a plus and they make a decent Hugo. The food on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. Over priced and under portioned with wrong components was my chicken ceasar salad and the club sandwich and fries was average. I know it is a hotel bar, but I have been to several in the city that are better, including the NH across the street. Too bad my husband’s airline switched. Maybe they just had a bad night?
