The service in Soap is runed it’s just unacceptable. They make you sit with wet hair in the cold salon for hours expecting you to brush and blow try your own hair for the price 80 – 100 Euro that you pay to color your hair. They leave you with the conditioner in your hair while your head is tilted back in the washing sink while reparking their car meanwhile all other workers are completely ignoring you while you are shaking from cold and neck pain. Make sure have at least 3 hours out of your day free to spend in this salon. they are constantly distracted with each other and everything around so it feels like your hair will never be done and you never going to get out of there! Colorist used to be better, he just takes large pieces of hear so you get completely unrealisting highlights. forget about calling it a sun-​kissed hair. More like forced painted hair. I am not even talking about my ends trim. Took 2 min. I am very tolerant person but now it’s just overboard Let’s speak up so they can improve their service!
