Gare De Jurbise

The Jurbise train station is a small one that is on the line that goes between Brussels and Mons. Since its closer to home and less hectic than the Mons station, I often go here and take the train up to Brussels or further afield, to Antwerpen or Bruges. The good thing about it is that there is adequate parking if you travel there on weekends. During the week however, although there are many parking places, you’ll find most taken by those who commute to Brussels for work.
Don’t come here hungry because although they station is very nice, clean, heated in the winter, it has no café for a coffee or something to eat. There are none in the immediate area either that are walking distance.
