This is a very divey bar with decent drinks selection. Great background music. Cash only and no food.

Grant place for a good Belgian beer. One of my favourite places. Always great to pop in on Monday nights to catch some live jazz. It can get quite busy, but of you like jazz, it’s definitely worth your while! Order a St-​Feuillien Saison for a leisurely beer.

Stumbled across this place on accident in May 2011 and came back again for a night in June 2012. Best time to visit seems to be on Monday nights when they have live bands performing (I saw the Goosens band perform at my first visit). Surprisingly a bit dead on a Saturday evening (my second visit) but nice to have a chat with the few people there. It’s a little cramped on a busy night but the crowd is great, the bartenders are friendly and there’s some outdoor seating in the alleyway connecting this place to the main road. Order a Rochefort Trappiste 6÷8÷10 for 5 – 6 euros and enjoy the show!
