Péssimo atendimento! Atendentes mandam clientes embora por estar sem sistema — enquanto vendem alguns produtos para outros, sem explicação nenhuma.
Além disso, elas parecem fazer pouco caso dos clientes. Meu lanche foi entregue com um «toma, moça» e só faltou ser atirado na minha cara.
Quanto aos produtos, Starbucks é Starbucks em qualquer lugar, então são bons. Mas o atendimento deixou muito a desejar.

I had some little Brazilian pastry things while waiting for a flight, not very good, tried a couple different spots in airport. They all sell the same stuff and far worst then the stuff in town. Pack a sandwich from home.

Eu até gosto de fazer escala em Guarulhos só pra passar aqui, até porque não temos Starbucks em Curitiba.
O atendimento é rápido e as meninas que trabalham lá estão sempre animadas. Da última vez pedi um Mocha e estava perfeito, recomendo.

Mantém o padrão da rede excelente atendimento, rápidos na elaboração e sempre dispospostos a fazer sugestão. Bom para ligar o note ou tablet, várias tomadas a disposição na bancada que quase sempre está cheia devido a quase todo mundo querer dar aquela carga no celular. Como opção fico sempre com o doce de leite late acompanhado de um pão de queijo seja ele integral ou não.

If you really must have your Starbucks, then go. But for me, no thanks!

I ordered a tall caramel macchiato after standing in line for more than 25 minutes. Bad things is there were only 6 people in front of me. And when I eventually heard my name called my coffee was as cold as their service. Just bad service, irrates me like a skin rash!
Not only the coffee left a bad taste in my mouth but their service was hideous and I am being nice when I say that.
Next time, I wil just have to look for an alternative caffeine fix. Starbucks at the GRU airport, blah!
But I was fortunate enough to pack my Dunkin Donuts coffee grounds, so when I got to my final destination, I made myself a nice cuppa DD joe. and I got to Unilocal about it!

Sempre bem atendido, atendentes simpaticos sempre e sabem ajudar quando você não sabe bem o nome da bebida que você quer pedir. (afinal são muitas opçoes)
Eu sempre que posso tomo um Frapuccino Moca e um Muffin de Blueberry. ja virou vicio total. e não tem um dia sequer que o muffin esta mais ou menos ou que o frapuccino foi mal feito.

Spacious Starbucks with FREE WIFI and local baker goods. I enjoyed the food and tea. There are a lot of chairs and tables around. It can get busy so arrive early and plan effectlvly if on a rush.

Coffee wasn’t bad but it was far from amazing. Unfortunately my coffee was luke warm and my husband ordered a café com leite (with milk) and received a long black… Trying to get it replaced/​changed with my limited portugese was impossible and the staff just tipped out half the coffee and added cold milk epic coffee fail
On the upside the ham and cheese croissants were so delicious my husband had two!

The coffee was good. Same as in the USA but it’s still never as good as dunkin doughnuts. I mean I’ll drink it but is much rather have my dd. I have to put like 6 sugars in it to get it to taste good. But it is great that they are pretty much everywhere and this place was no exception!
