We had a great time at Manuel and Joaquim. The cajou cachaca was a nice discovery and the picanha was delicious. The staff was friendly, though they got our order wrong the first time.

Good neighborhood spot to enjoy Brazilian classics and sausage (apparently the sausage is all the rage here). I ended up getting a simple grilled chicken breast and found it to be the best version of the dish I’ve had yet. Served with a side of garlicky broccoli rice and a few French fries, this plate hit the spot.
Match good food with the outdoor seating and a few chopps (draft beer) and you’re in business.
