Para comer no local ou em casa Porque a comida pode ser boa e ainda ser saudável A chef Carolina Figueiredo dá preferência a ingredientes orgânicos para preparar pratos leves como saladas, carnes brancas, purês e doces. Os sucos são incríveis

Very good local restaurant, setting can be nice although the location up an alley is a little unsettling. Liked it the two times I went, but strangely forgot about it until today. And perhaps that reflects the fact that nothing stood out about the food, drinks or service and, in RJ, that is not necessarily a bad thing.

We have a rule when we travel: never eat at the same place twice. Market made us break that rule. Cause gosh darn it, the food is so good! Everything tastes fresh and healthy. Fills you up without bloating you. After all, it’s Brazil. And if you aren’t already wearing a bathing suit, you’re gonna be wearing one within the next hour. Simple quality ingredients arranged with a novel twist. They try to use as many organic and local ingredients as possible. It’s a cross between California freshness and Brazilian spice. Special shout-out to the couscous and all the desserts. For the gringos: you can finally relax. Staff speak English well. And they’ve got a menu just for us.

I try to go at least twice a month to this restaurant. It’s a nice choice for a lunch after or before going to the beach or whenever you want some fresh, tasty and healthy meal! Their recipes are quite original, always adding nice brazilian ingredients which makes every dish very unique. Their decoration is colorful, modern and happy! They have plants around that makes you forget that you are in the busy Ipanema while you are there. Try their bread with olive oil and sea salt! It always come nicely warm and soft and when you dip it on the olive oil and salt makes it a very nice starter! The only unpleasant option I had there were stuffed portobello which were sandy, probably were not washed properly, so I found quite a lot of hard bits. If you are in Rio, take a day to go there! 1 less star for the hard bits on the mushrooms.
