I used their flower delivery service for over 10 years. Unfortunately, this company is no longer reliable. Of the last 3 orders I placed to be delivered on Mother’s Day, only one was delivered. The only solution they provided me was attempting a delivery after Mother’s Day for the same price or refunding my money within 10 days! In terms of customer service, they get 0 stars from me. Since I don’t live in Brazil, this was one of the few options I had to send gifts to Brazil using a credit card not issued in Brazil. Unfortunately, most Brazilian companies don’t accept international credit cards. Now I simply don’t look at this company as an option. It’s not a cheap service to risk a non-delivery. They lost me as a customer. Brazilian companies still need to learn a lot in terms of customer service especially for their loyal customers. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for flower delivery services in Brazil! Usei Flores Online por mais de 10 anos, e infelizmente a empresa nao e mais confiavel. A unica solucao que me ofereceram foi entrega depois do dia das maes pelo mesmo preco ou devolucao do meu dinheiro em 10 dias! Ou seja, nota 0 em atendimento ao consumidor. Como nao moro no Brasil, era uma das poucas opcoes que eu tinha de mandar uma lembranca a familiares que moram la usando cartoes de credito que nao e do Brasil. Agora simplesmente nao vejo como opcao. Nao e um service barato para arriscar nao chegar. Me perderam como consumidora de vez. Uma pena mesmo. As empresas brasileiras ainda estam muito distantes de saber dar valor aos consumidores, principalmente aos consumidores fieis.
