I went to dinner in this place with some friends through a promotion we found at Peixe Urbano, where said «Rodizio». For those who are not familiar with this expression, in Brazil, it means «All you can eat». We were aware that there was a limit for how many different dishes we could order, but it’s a not feature we are looking in a «rodizio».
We got there and my first impression was that the service would be good. Time pass by and it actually sucked. The waiters passed through us making a lot of noise, talked to us impolitely and unclearly and seemed they didn’t work there because we asked about some dishes and he didn’t knew how to explain to us what it was made of or how many people could it eat.
Some round of dishes were gone and we started repeating the ones we found more tasteful, but he was being unclearly again. We decided to pay more attention and asked the waiter for another way to explain what he was trying to tell us. In the end, he was warning us that we couldn’t repeat dishes. That startled and irritated us. We were in 5, there were 20 dished on the menu, and we could order only 10 different dishes from the menu. Making simple math, it wouldn’t be possible to do so. We would eventually had to repeat dishes, unless they added more 30 dishes on that menu at that moment. We tried to explain our logic to the waiter, but he couldn’t understand. He called for a colleague, he also didn’t understand and only said «Orders from the manager», so I said «Call the manager for me», but they decided not to and start ordering our food, repeated dish or not.
The food wasn’t good. Some were salty, some were tasteless, some were overcooked, some undercooked. In overall, I will never come back to that place, even if they offer free food

A relatively new restaurant/​bar that serves Outback type food. The food is ok, but not great. It is reasonably price which makes it a place I go to whenever I want gringo type food. I usually get the chicken fingers with fries. I have also had the grilled salmon which is ok. I do not recommend the burgers at all. I have not tried the baby back ribs, but I can’t imagine they are very good. They look tasty though.

Nunca tinha ouvido falar do lugar até vê-​lo em um site de compras coletivas. Resolvi testar. No cupom dizia que precisava reservar antes, mas quando liguei me disseram que não era necessário, bastava apresentar o cupom.
Chegamos lá, não tivemos nenhum problema para conseguir mesa e fomos super bem atendidos (alguns lugares discriminam os usuários de cupom). A promoção dava direito a uma hambúrguer com fritas, podia escolher qualquer um do cardápio. Pedi o Burger Italiano: hamburguer empanado, molho pomodoro, tomate concasse, queijo mussarela e parmesão. Delicioso. Mas muito pesado, fique com aquela sensação de estufada a noite toda.
Semanas depois, a lanchonete estava novamente no site de compras coletivas, desta vez ofertando a costela ao molho barbecue. Compramos novamente. E a experiência foi ótima de novo.
Cardápio gostoso. Atendimento ótimo. E honestidade com os clientes, ponto importante especialmente para os restaurantes que participam em promoções coletivas. Muitas vezes você chega ao local e não é bem aquilo, ou você constata que não pagou tão mais barato. Não foi o caso em nenhuma das vezes. Além de não fazerem distinção entre o meu prato e o de um cliente pagante integral, o desconto realmente valia, saiu bem mais barato.
