We been here a few time now. Love the service. And the beef is wonderful great wine. We try to get the table by the fire place. Very romantic

Excelente atendimento. Atenção na medida, sem exageros. Uma carta de vinhos com opções adequadas e preços coerentes. Carnes de excelente qualidade. Ambiente agradável durante a semana. O couvert é surpreendentemente bom quando comparado com o que a maioria dos restaurantes servem em São Paulo.

I was reluctant to try this place because there were a few negative reviews, but it is very close to my hotel and I didn’t want to take a cab anywhere. so I went with low expectations. I am american and don’t speak Portuguese so I was a bit worried because I was on my own. but the menu had both Portuguese and English and as soon as I told the waiter I didn’t speak the language he immediately called over the maitre d’ who took over. the experience, from start to finish, was fantastic. well one kinda funny thing, I ordered a martini and he said they weren’t sure how to make it but would try. he brought a martini glass full of sweet vermouth and a side shot of vodka. but I drank it without complaining. he was so insistent in asking if they made it correctly that I finally told him the proper mix but not to worry. but he brought another one, gratis. this was very nice, but don’t people in Brazil drink martinis? anyway, on to the food
with the bread they brought out a large plate of condiments, marinated garlic cloves, some grilled eggplant, salsa and a creamy blue cheese spread that was addicting. I had a salad and ribeye steak with potatoes and grilled vegetables. the steak was out of this world. perfectly cooked and HUGE. I couldn’t finish it (probably because I had so much of the bread and blue cheese spread haha). I highly recommend the Flan for dessert. I took it on the waiter’s suggestion and it was the best I’ve ever had.
I guess it was a little expensive, I had salad, one of the most expensive steaks, al la carte veggies, dessert, the martini and ½ bottle of wine and it was more than $ 100 with service included. but you could certainly cut out the drinks and dessert, share the vegetables and have a reasonable dinner. this was my first Argentinian restaurant so I don’t have a benchmark, but I will definitely come back to this place, especially if I’m staying close by. they have entertainment on Friday nights but I don’t know how it is

O La Caballeriza é um restaurante especializado em culinária argentina (carnes especiais, batatas e cortes premium no geral). Com ambientes muito finos e elegantes, o local conquistou o público brasileiro. O estabelecimento fica localizado no bairro dos Jardins e oferece estacionamento, espaço especial para crianças aos sábados e refinada carta de vinhos para atender ao sofisticado gosto dos clientes que frequentam a casa. Entre os cortes e pratos de carne, recomendo o tradicional Asado de Tira (carne de bezerro) e o Vacio. Além de todas essas delícias, você ainda pode contar com um super show de tango que encanta qualquer um. Eu recomento muito. O ambiente é bem familiar, dá para levar esposas, filhos, vovôs e vovós que apreciam a culinária porteña. Aos finais de semana, tente reservar uma mesa antes, pois a procura é bem grande. Com certeza, o melhor restaurante argentino da cidade de São Paulo. Visite, você não vai se arrepender.

Excelente e muito bonito restaurante tipicamente argentino, o La Caballeriza nasceu em Buenos Aires, próximo a um Jockey Club, daí o nome. Veio para o Brasil com o desafio de manter a casa originalmente argentina. Sua decoração é clássica, lembra um ambiente rural. Tem mesas redondas no salão principal e um belo piano. Sua culinária é fora de série, com os famosos cortes nobres argentinos, que agrada muito ao paladar brasileiro. Carta de vinhos variada e muito boa. Oferece rótulos de vários países e os melhores tintos produzidos em seu país de origem. Todas as sextas-​feira das 21h às 23h30, show de tango com o grupo «Tango e Paixão». Ótimo local, bom atendimento e a melhor carne original da argentina. Não deixe de conhecer.
