This hotel is pretty good, located in the heart of the financial district in São Paulo. The only thing to be aware of about that is that it can be pretty dead on the weekends and holidays because most of the nearby restaurants and shops are closed. I like the modern décor of the rooms, and the layout is quite nice with two televisions, a sofa, work desk, and small dining table with two chairs. Breakfast buffet has ample variety, so I can eat different foods every morning. The Rubi restaurant has delicious food with great service. A little bit on the salty side for my preference, but still very tasty. The staff doesn’t speak much English, which can sometimes be tricky because I don’t know Portuguese. I found out how to change the settings on the television so now I can watch at least six channels in English with Portuguese subtitles. :) The fitness room is fairly large for a hotel, with several cardio machines, weight machines, free weights, mats, trampolines, and other stuff I don’t even know what to do with. ;) There is even water dispenser and locker rooms attached, but that might also be for the pool. Housekeeping is a bit iffy sometimes. There wasn’t a laundry bag in the room, and they don’t always refill the tissues in the bathroom. Sometimes they take away our wet towels and don’t replace with dry ones.
