I have no words to describe the gallette I had at this place. For those who don’t know, a Gallette is a french dish that looks like a crêpe. However in this place, they are all made with a different kind of sarrasin flour, or Buckwheat flour(blé noir) a darker and delicious type of flour. First time we went, my hubby and I, I ordered an ordinary type of Gallette… kind of boring with ham and cheese. I almost DIED when he got his order and made a promise I would be back multiple times to have his gallette: chopped filet mignon + gorgonzola + a soft boiled egg on top. I cannot describe what this tastes like — just that it is heavenly. A MUST!
