El ambiente no esta mal, se parece un poco a la onda de un Johnny Rocket americano pero… esta en Brasil… atendido por brasileiros. Paso a contar mi primera y última experiencia en este lugar. La hamburguesa esta tibia y cruda en partes. Al pedir la cuenta tuve que reiterar el pedido a 2 camareros distintos. Sin tener suerte llame a la gerente y me exllico que había problemas con el sistema¿… me traen la cuenta y pague 43 reales por una hamburguer y una coca +:10% de tip para los llamados camareros… ahh la moza que vino a cobrar estuvo 3 veces sin conseguir pasar la tarjeta de credito… termine pasandola yo… Lamentable lugar… Brasil tiene precios de primer mundo para servicios y calidad humana de tercer mundo.

The food here is pretty good — not amazing, but hits the spot when you are craving a burger and fries. I usually get the mini burgers (sliders), which come with sauce, cheese, friend onions, and tomatoes. The fries are good as well. My husband likes the milkshakes, and I like the fresh juices (cherry is my favorite). The atmosphere is pretty fun and lively. It’s a bit more expensive than I think a burger and fries place really should be, but this is Sao Paulo after all. ;) It reminds me of a slightly upscale version of the American chain Johnny Rockets.

A typical overpriced and overrated SP restaurant. The burgers are slightly better then McDonald’s. What you pay for here is the venue, décor and experience I would avoid getting burgers here unless you have no choice. You can do much better. I would check out Ritz, Butcher’s Market or Meats instead.
