I’m not giving Lucky Chances 4 stars because I think the food is out of this world (which it is most definitely not), but when you’re buzzin at 2 a.m. and need your pilipino food fix away from home, this is the place to go. I’ve never tried hitting up the casino, but maybe next time ;)
