Agape Bridal

My sister was in a few weeks ago with my mom and a couple of her friends browsing dresses. They said a girl who seemed to be newer was helping them out and they were laughing and talking about her wedding etc as she brought dresses out for her to try on. Then an older woman (who was probably the owner) who apparently had a scowl on her face every time the girls saw her, eventually came over with the fakest smile, greeted herself to the girls, and just «took over» literally pushing her employee to the side. My sister and friends said she was very fake, and was 100% about selling a dress (certain ones — profit margin?) opposed to the newer employee who was also about customer service. Needless to say, after 15 minutes realizing that the wicked step mother sent Cinderella away to do her dirty work, they left without buying anything, and none of them or their friends will ever return. They hope the initial girl helping them knows that they really appreciate her assistance and customer service. As for the woman who rudely barged in and took over, they don’t recall or care to recall her name. Just if you want customer service, don’t go there unless that woman is not there!

I moved from Abbotsford to California 10 years ago and was back in town last weekend for a friends wedding. I’d been trying on dresses here in California for a few months and wasn’t that impressed with any of the service or selection here. My mom and my newlywed friend’s mom convinced me to squeeze in a visit to Agape and boy am I glad I did! Their boutique is gorgeous, and their service is even better.
I was a walk-​in and was treated like royalty. I can’t rave about this place enough! For the first time in the 3 years I’ve been engaged, I really felt like I was going to be a bride. After a few months of disappointing dress shopping experiences here in California, I FINALLY got that experience many girls dream of. THANK YOU AGAPE! I can’t wait to wear my beautiful gown!

BEST customer service I have ever had in my life! Sue took me under her wing and helped me every step of the way. She truly cared that I find something beautiful and with her expertise and caring she found me the perfect dress! She exceeded my every expectation, especially after a disappointing experience nearby. I cried real tears of joy.
I am so grateful!

Horrible service. Lady didn’t get off the computer once to help us. Not a lot off dresses but what they do have is nice.
