Although Gary provided a prompt response to my initial request for a quote to re-​upholster an old rocker/​recliner, I was less than impressed by the slow response to my subsequent attempts to set up an appointment. I thought I’d give him a chance anyway, based on other positive reviews I’d read online. So I went ahead and made an appointment, loading up my chair in the car to deliver to Gary. After driving almost half an hour to the shop, I was very disappointed and frustrated to discover that the shop was closed and that Gary had seemingly forgotten about the appointment. No explanation or apology was ever offered. Needless to say, based on my terrible experience, I found someone else for the job.
