From the moment the decision was made to pursue art in college instead of business or medicine… it was destined! For over a decade Angela’s art has evolved into what it is today.

Angela Francis is a Canadian/​Grenadian artist emerging in the wake of the 21^st Century. She creates avenues to do what she loves while teaching others.

Angela studied Fine Art at Georgian College and animation at the Art Institute of Toronto, before moving on to pursue her BA (Visual Arts) in Trinidad and the many career choices the world had to offer.

There she discovered under this new styling of Caribbean Art that creativity can be fluid and liberated. She absorbed the acute attention to form and balance associated with sculpture & photography, refining her own visual and conceptual vocabulary that emerged through her focus on the analysis of the grace and beauty of a dancers form.
