What is vision therapy?

Vision therapy involves eye exercises, therapeutic lens and brain challenges. It improves our cognitive abilities to gather, process and integrate information. The eyes are cameras and the brain is the computer that controls them. Vision therapy is the owner’s manual.

Vision is intimately connected to the senses of balance, touch, and proprioception, thus during vision therapy the patient must learn to use these senses harmoniously.
