Greyhound Photography Image Centre

I wanted to have a photo blown up from an 8×10 to… anything bigger really.
I popped into this local image shop to see what that would run me. I was directed to a sign on the wall which listed their image-​enlargement prices.
To go one size larger from 8×10 would be $ 40.00, and the price only went more insane with each larger size. What perfect photography Hell was this? I shuttered (rimshot?) and went from there to Walmart, who happily enlarged it up 2 sizes bigger for $ 15.00, and it came out wonderfully.
One extra pity star given to the really nice kid behind the counter, who looked bored out of his mind. Hard to believe the store was a ghost town, given such rock bottom prices. Their examples of their framing looked lovely though. The store’s carpet also smelled of fresh uh… carpet.
I’m trying to be positive here, help me out.
