Great alternative to the big box hardware stores. There is always someone asking if you need help and they are always very nice. It is a smaller store so some items may need to be ordered in. However, you can check availability online and have products ordered into the store free of charge.
Although there are some parking spots out front you can also park in the back and walk in the back door. If you want to avoid the busy traffic on Queen St. you can always take Vodden then turn down Hanson.
