This place is high pressure selling. I was asked to come and sit in for an educational seminar to learn more about the body and ways to improve through the clinics treatments. What it was more like was a breif explanation of body wear and tear. Regular maintenance is needed for overall outcome. Doing so, you need to buy a pkg… bigger the better deal to feel good. WTF!!! Thier services is not good and I never felt that my issues were resolve during any visits. I even requested to have a treatment by Justine to see if it was any better… nope. The place does not give that clean and sanitary feeling. When going for a message… you cant help but to hear meows and barks from a vet that is in the same plaza. How soothing and relaxing eh?! Thier staff from Chiropractors and RMTs is a revolving door. This should speak for the business itself and why they cant keep staff more than 6mths. I do like the locals request for fund raising for the less fortunate. Parking is very limited here.

I am not happy with the fact that they asked us to pay for the adjustments even though we were under the health plan. Our mistake, we were not aware that our health plan had expired(one by three weeks and the other by one month). We were not notified by anyone on the staff. I was under the assumption that our plan went until our annual review; Dead WRONG. They asked us to pay $ 150. My wife’s health plan was $ 2600 for one year(3 times a week, then 2 and then 1) My plan was $ 2400 for one year(2 times a week, then 1) If you pay per use then it is $ 39 per adjustment. We took the yearly plans because it had the biggest discount. My wife did notice some improvement with her neck stiffness. However, I did not notice any visible improvement in my quality of life. It is very hard to gauge improvement if some is not experiencing any pain. You just have to trust and take the doctor for their word. I would say that if someone has severe neck and back problems, they will be able tell the difference from week to week. As a healthy person, you will not be able to gauge a better quality of life by just weekly adjustments. The person has to be committed to changing their lifestyle. This includes both diet and exercise. Overall health is more than just the c curve on the neck or a straight spine. As for as the doctors are concerned. We liked the visiting doctors. It seemed Dr Justine Blainey was always in a rush. She did not spend more than 2 minutes for an adjustment. She did give health tips. However the other doctors seemed to be spend more time with the patients. They took more time in terms of relaxing the muscles before doing the actual adjustment. I would neither recommend or not recommend. You should try for yourself. Just don’t get burned with the extra cost if your yearly health plan has expired.
